About me

I hold Ph.D in biochemistry and have more than 3 years of experience working as a senior research fellow in GADVASU and IIHS kurukshetra. I am expertise in animal cell culture of C2C12 cells, H3B, lymphocytes, PCR, western blotting, immunostaining, spectrophotometry, manuscript writing, experimental design.

Interests: My research focused on various aspects of skeletal muscle protein metabolism, different pathways involved like AKT, mTOR, role of cytokines, analysis of morphological changes involved in skeletal muscle atrophy, regulation of proteolytic systems in atrophy, inflammation and oxidative stress in muscles and C2C12 cells.
