Passionate about guiding students in biotechnology research, NGS workflows, and data analysis with practical and industry-oriented knowledge.

Interests: My research interests include Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) data analysis, genome and transcriptome analysis, microbial genomics, molecular biology techniques, and computational biology applications. I am particularly interested in applying bioinformatics tools to understand gene expression, genetic variations, and disease-related mutations.
