About me
I am research scholar with over 3 years of experience in molecular biology. My work focuses on plant–microbe interactions, including the isolation of PGPRs (Plant growth promoting rhizobacteria) from halophytic species and their application in crop improvement against abiotic stress, as well as transcriptomic and untargeted metabolomic analysis of medicinal plants. Skilled in DNA/RNA isolation, PCR, cDNA prep, microbes, and data analysis. I can guide students in research, experiments & analysis.
Interests: Research interest includes plant–microbe interactions, PGPR-based sustainable agriculture, plant stress biology, molecular biology, and omics approaches (transcriptomics and metabolomics) for understanding plant function and improving crop productivity.
