About me
I am a doctoral researcher in Physics at IIT Mandi, with experience in molecular physics, quantum physics, Raman spectroscopy, computational modelling, coding, data analysis, and academic writing. I can guide students in understanding research problems, reading papers, planning methodology, analysing results, using scientific tools, improving reports and presentations, and building confidence in research through clear, structured mentoring, and patient academic support for young researcher.
Interests: My research interests are mainly in Physics, with a focus on Molecular Physics, Quantum Physics, Chemical Physics, Raman Spectroscopy, and computational modelling of molecular systems. My current research focuses on understanding molecular vibrational dynamics using theoretical and computational approaches, especially effective Hamiltonian methods, resonance interactions, and quantum-classical correspondence in molecular systems. I am also interested in the application of coding, numerical analysis, and scientific software tools to solve STEM-based research problems. My areas of focus include scientific literature review, mathematical modelling, data analysis, interpretation of spectra, structure-property relationships, and preparation of research reports and manuscripts. As a research mentor, I am particularly interested in guiding students in developing research ideas, understanding complex physics concepts, reading and analysing research papers, designing methodology, interpreting results, and improving academic writing and presentation skills.
