About me
Associate Manager, Safety Operations with 11+ years’ pharmacovigilance experience in ICSR processing, case intake, MedDRA/WHO DD coding, narrative writing and quality review using Argus and ArisG. Operational leader experienced in work planning, resource allocation and performance management; drives SOP governance, inspection readiness (ICH/GVP/FDA/EMA), training and process improvements to ensure compliant, timely and high quality safety reporting.
Interests: My research interests focus on pharmacovigilance and applied pharmacy research, grounded in 11 years of drug safety experience. I am interested in adverse event assessment, causality evaluation, signal detection, and use of real-world evidence to support benefit–risk decisions. I also focus on regulatory science, safety compliance, medication errors, and special‑population safety, and mentoring researchers in practical, judgment‑driven safety research.
