About me

I have worked with a group of schools in the Department of Research and HRD for 10 years full time and 3 years on a part time basis. My work included working with school staff in understanding school systems and guiding development. My role included coordinating and implementing school policies. Recently my work has included active career counseling for students from grade 9 to graduation. I have worked closely with students in making career plans and setting goals and targets.

Interests: My interests are in the area of education, personality, psychological theories, multiple intelligences, career counseling
