About me

Motivated psychology professional with a strong academic background in Applied Psychology and demonstrated experience in psychological research, data analysis, and academic writing. Currently pursuing a PhD while working as a Research Assistant, with hands-on experience in designing studies, conducting literature reviews, and contributing to peer-reviewed research publications. UGC–NET qualified with a 99.4 percentile and GATE qualified, reflecting strong analytical and research aptitude.

Interests: My research interests lie in the field of Educational Psychology and Mental Health, particularly focusing on the psychological well-being of school students and adolescents. I am interested in exploring issues such as academic stress, academic motivation, social media use, and their impact on students’ academic performance and emotional health. My research also focuses on developing evidence-based psychological interventions within school settings, including counseling, psychoeducation, and life skills programs that promote resilience and healthy coping strategies among students. Additionally, I am interested in studying the role of school environments, teachers, and family support systems in fostering positive mental health and holistic development among young learners.
