About me
Over five years of experience as Computational Biologist with pharmaceutical research background in Inflammation (IBD, RA), infection (TB), metabolic diseases (obesity, MASLD/MASH) and microbiome, I offer proficiency in multi-variate analyses of multi-omics data to uncover actionable insights for drug discovery. My expertise lies in advanced analytical approaches and my ability to communicate complex biological data through peer-reviewed publications and stakeholder presentations.
Interests: My research interests centre on understanding host immunity (arthritis, tuberculosis), and metabolic disorders such as obesity and MASLD/MASH. Leveraging bioinformatics, computational biology, biostatistics, knowledge graphs, and advanced data analysis, I aim to dissect complex biomedical (clinical and omics datasets) from in-vitro, in-vivo and patient cohorts to accelerate drug discovery. By integrating these tools, I seek to uncover novel therapeutic targets and predictive models for infectious, autoimmune, and metabolic pathologies for improved clinical outcomes.
