About me

Dedicated doctoral researcher with teaching experience and multidisciplinary expertise in herbal medicine, phytochemistry, pharmaceutical biotechnology, food biochemistry, nanobiotechnology, cancer biology, and in silico drug discovery. Proficient in research methodologies, data analysis, scientific writing, and student mentoring.

Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of herbal medicine, phytochemistry, pharmaceutical biotechnology, food biochemistry, nanobiotechnology, cancer biology, and in silico drug discovery. I am particularly interested in the identification, characterization, and development of bioactive compounds from natural sources for therapeutic applications. My work focuses on integrating experimental and computational approaches, including molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, QSAR studies, and bioinformatics tools, to investigate drug–target interactions and accelerate lead compound discovery. Additionally, I am interested in the development of innovative drug delivery systems using nanobiotechnology, as well as exploring the therapeutic potential of nutraceuticals and functional foods in disease prevention and management. Through this multidisciplinary approach, I aim to contribute to the development of safe, effective, and evidence-based therapeutic strategies, particularly for cancer and other complex diseases.

Integrated Research Collaboration in Bioinformatics, Molecular Modelling, Drug Discovery, and Scientific Publication Support

Need help in establishing a multidisciplinary research collaboration focused on advanced computational approaches for drug discovery and development. The consultation will encompass various aspects of bioinformatics and computer-aided drug design, integrating modern computational tools with biological and pharmaceutical research. The proposed research activities include: Bioinformatics Analysis: Comprehensive analysis of genomic, proteomic, transcriptomic, and biological datasets to identify potential therapeutic targets and understand disease mechanisms. Molecular Docking Studies: Structure-based virtual screening and molecular docking to evaluate protein–ligand interactions, binding affinities, and potential drug candidates. Molecular Dynamics (MD) Simulations: Detailed assessment of protein–ligand complex stability, conformational flexibility, and interaction dynamics under physiological conditions. ADMET and Toxicity Prediction: In silico evaluation of absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity (ADMET) profiles to assess drug-likeness, pharmacokinetic behavior, and safety characteristics of lead compounds. QSAR Modelling: Development and validation of quantitative structure–activity relationship (QSAR) models for predicting biological activity and optimizing lead compounds through data-driven approaches. Perl Scripting and Computational Automation: Creation of customized Perl scripts and automated workflows for large-scale data processing, sequence analysis, virtual screening pipelines, and result interpretation. In addition to computational research support, the collaboration will provide comprehensive assistance throughout the scientific publication process. This includes study design, data analysis, result interpretation, graphical representation of findings, manuscript preparation, scientific editing, journal formatting, response to reviewer comments, and publication support in peer-reviewed international journals. The ultimate objective of this collaboration is to facilitate high-quality, reproducible, and impactful research outcomes by integrating computational biology, cheminformatics, and pharmaceutical sciences with strong scientific communication and publication expertise.
