As a molecular microbiologist with a Ph.D. from Masaryk University , I specialize in bacterial genotyping, molecular diagnostics, and biotechnology. My work ranges from high-impact infectious disease research to innovating marine antifouling strategies. Skilled in LAMP assays, bioinformatics, and protein purification , I bridge rigorous lab science with a passion for scientific communication and EdTech development.
Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of molecular microbiology and biotechnology, specifically focusing on bacterial genotyping and the application of CRISPR technology to pathogen characterization. I am dedicated to advancing epidemiology and molecular diagnostics through the development of rapid LAMP assays and sequence typing , while also investigating the integration of novel antifoulants for marine renewable energy systems
