Bioinformatics and computational biology professional with interests in Computational Virology, Cancer Genomics, and in silico Vaccine Development. Skilled in NGS and multi-omics analysis, immunoinformatics, and data-driven approaches for biomarker discovery, vaccine design, and precision medicine.

Interests: My research interests focus on Computational Virology, Cancer Genomics, and in silico Vaccine Development, integrating bioinformatics, genomics, and immunoinformatics to address key biomedical challenges. I am interested in analyzing viral genome evolution, host–pathogen interactions, and transmission dynamics using high-throughput sequencing data. In cancer genomics, I aim to identify driver mutations, molecular subtypes, and clinically relevant biomarkers through integrative multi-omics analysis. Additionally, I am motivated to apply computational immunology and structural bioinformatics approaches to design epitope-based and personalized vaccines for infectious diseases and cancer, supporting precision medicine and translational research.
