About me

I have a PhD in virology from IIT Delhi, my research focused on virus-like particles and their utility as targeted drug delivery agents. I have extensive experience in protein purification, molecular biology, cell culture and structural characterization techniques. I have mentored UG students in their practical lab courses, where I helped in designing the experiments and guided them to master the different techniques. I focus on building a conceptual understanding along with practical skills

Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of molecular biology, nanotechnology, and translational therapeutics. I focus on protein engineering, recombinant systems, and cell-based assays, with experience in structural characterization techniques such as electron microscopy. I am particularly interested in applying these approaches to clinically relevant areas, while mentoring students to connect fundamental science with translational impacts.
