About me
I am a PhD researcher in Biochemistry specializing in computational protein engineering and cancer glycobiology. Through Research Decode, I help students translate complex scientific ideas into clear strategies guiding them in project design, molecular docking, protein expression, data analysis, and publication writing to build confident and will also help in publishing research and review articles in reputed journals.
Interests: My research interest lies in computational and experimental protein engineering, with a central focus on lectin–glycan interactions in cancer biology. I work at the interface of structural bioinformatics, molecular docking, and molecular dynamics simulations to redesign carbohydrate-binding proteins with altered specificity. My area of focus includes rational design of engineered lectins, recombinant protein expression and purification, and functional validation through cell culture–based anticancer assays. I am particularly interested in decoding aberrant glycosylation patterns in cancer and leveraging engineered glycan-recognizing proteins as precision tools for cancer detection and therapeutic targeting.
