About me

I completed my Ph.D. in Microelectronics Engineering from IIT Mandi, focusing on the development of multifunctional memristors using metal oxides and lead/lead-free perovskite materials. I have hands-on experience in micro- & nanolithography and device fabrication, thin-film processing, and electrical and materials characterisation. Through this background, I help students in refining research ideas, designing experiments, interpreting results, and improve the clarity of their academic writing.

Interests: Optoelectronic Memristive Devices, Synapse conduction and modulation, Micro/Nanolithography (DUV, EBL and HIBL), Device fabrication and EUV Resist materials (Metal-organic clusters)
