About me

PhD-qualified chemist with expertise in materials chemistry, nanomaterials, and energy research, particularly DSSCs and photocatalysis. Skilled in FTIR, Raman, XRD, SEM, TEM, DLS, and UV–Vis analysis, with strong experience in research design, data interpretation, and scientific writing. I mentor students in experimental planning, analysis, and communication to enhance research quality and impact.

Interests: Materials Chemistry: Design and engineering of structure-property tuned metal oxides and chalcogenides for advanced energy conversion and storage applications. Solar Energy Conversion: Development of high-performance photoanode materials for dye-sensitized and perovskite solar cells, including device fabrication, performance optimization, and flexible photovoltaic systems. Photocatalysis & Solar Fuels: Design, defect engineering and development of photocatalysts for HER and CO2R reactions, with a focus on artificial photosynthesis and sustainable solar fuel generation. Electrochemistry & Energy Devices: Fabrication and electrochemical characterization of electrode materials and energy devices, with emphasis on charge transport, interfacial engineering, and device efficiency.
