About me
Postdoctoral Scientist with a Ph.D. in Cancer Biology and a university first-rank holder. I bring over a decade of expertise bridging wet-lab molecular oncology with dry-lab bioinformatics, large-scale multi-omics data integration, and computational drug discovery using Python and Schrödinger. Student Offering: Proven experience lecturing and mentoring Ph.D./Master's students. I provide expert guidance in study design, data analysis, multiomics workflows, and manuscript preparation
Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of translational oncology, functional genomics, and computational biology. Over the past decade, my work has focused on deciphering the molecular mechanisms driving tumor progression, drug resistance, and therapeutic vulnerabilities in high-grade malignancies.Specifically, my research covers three primary areas of focus: Cancer Genomics & Driver Gene Identification: Utilizing large-scale public repositories (such as TCGA and GEO) to develop integrative in-silico scoring methods.Temporal Phosphoproteomics & Signaling Networks: Mapping rapid cell-signaling dynamics and rewiring pathways. My current postdoctoral research utilizes advanced LC-MS/MS workflows to dissect DNA damage checkpoint adaptation.Computational Drug Discovery: Integrating machine learning and cheminformatics frameworks for virtual screening and structural lead optimization. I focus on accelerating the discovery of novel small-molecule chemotypes
