Bioinformatics researcher with M.Sc. in Bioinformatics and hands-on experience in metagenomics, NGS data analysis, and machine learning. Proficient in Python, R, Bash, QIIME 2, GROMACS, and PyMOL. Experienced in 16S rRNA analysis, molecular dynamics simulation, and gene regulatory networks. Currently teaching and researching at Chanakya University, Bangalore, with a strong interest in microbial genomics and AI-driven biomedical research.
