About me
PhD plant pathologist and biochemist with expertise in microbial biology, host–pathogen interactions, and quantitative biological analysis. Experienced in molecular diagnostics, antimicrobial research, and interpretation of biological datasets including qPCR, microbiological assays, and chemical analytics (HPLC/LC-MS). I mentor researchers in experimental design, data interpretation, and translating biological results into high-quality research outputs.
Interests: Host–pathogen interactions, antifungal and antimicrobial discovery, plant defense chemistry, fungal biology, and molecular diagnostics. My work focuses on interpreting biological datasets related to microbial inhibition, plant-derived bioactive compounds, and pathogen detection using techniques such as qPCR and analytical chemistry workflows. I am also interested in translational applications of antimicrobial compounds across agriculture, environmental health, and human health systems.
