Ph.D in Microbiology with expertise in environmental biotechnology, metagenomics, and next-generation sequencing. Over 6 years of experience in teaching, research, and mentoring upto Ph.D level. Skilled in wet-lab techniques and bioinformatics, with multiple publications and 2 patents. I simplify complex concepts using real-world examples and support students in building strong fundamentals, research projects, scientific writing and data analysis with a practical, studentfocused approach.

Interests: My research interest lies in environmental microbiology, with a focus on microbial community dynamics in water and wastewater systems. I am particularly interested in metagenomics and next generation sequencing to understand functional diversity and microbial interactions. My work also explores sustainable water treatment technologies, including hybrid disinfection method and bioremediation strategies. Additionally, I focus on integrating bioinformatics tools for data-driven insights, along with molecular docking and proteomics for studying microbe-compound interactions. Overall, my area of focus is bridging experimental microbiology with computational analysis to develop practical, scalable environmental solutions.
