About me

I am a motivated legal professional currently pursuing an LLM after graduating as a Silver Medalist in BBA LLB. My experience includes drafting legal notices, plaints, and corporate documents, conducting legal research, assisting in NDPS and civil matters, reviewing statutory compliances, and understanding court procedures. I can assist students with legal research methods, assignment drafting, moot court preparation, understanding litigation procedures, and improving legal writing skill

Interests: My areas of interest in law include Advertisement Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), and Corporate Law. I am particularly interested in understanding the regulatory framework governing advertisements, ethical marketing practices, and the legal challenges related to surrogate advertising and consumer protection. In ADR, I am keen on exploring efficient dispute resolution mechanisms such as arbitration, mediation, and negotiation as alternatives to traditional litigation. Additionally, I have developed a strong interest in Corporate Law through my practical exposure to corporate compliance, ROC filings, statutory documentation, and regulatory procedures. These fields have strengthened my analytical, research, and drafting skills while enhancing my understanding of both litigation and corporate legal practices.
