About me

I am an MSc Applied Psychology graduate with 6 years of research experience as a Junior Research Fellow at NIMHANS. My work includes literature and systematic reviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), survey-based assessments, program evaluation, research documentation, and contributions to academic publications. I am passionate about supporting researchers in study design, literature reviews, qualitative research, data interpretation, manuscript preparation, and scientific communication.

Interests: My research interests include workplace mental health, occupational wellbeing, psychosocial interventions, mental health promotion, and qualitative research. I am particularly interested in understanding factors that influence psychological wellbeing and in developing and evaluating evidence-based mental health programs that can improve outcomes in workplace and community settings.
