About me
Ph.D.-Qualified Molecular and Cell Biologist with 8 years of extensive experience in mammalian cell culture, stable cell line development, therapeutic protein expression, and molecular characterization. Strong expertise in genome seq data analysis (scRNAseq, Whole genome seq),
Interests: My research focuses on understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying cancer and neurodegenerative diseases, with particular emphasis on gene regulation, protein interactions, and cellular signaling pathways. I am interested in exploring how dysregulation of transcription factors and cytoskeletal proteins contributes to disease progression, especially in cancers and disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease. My work integrates advanced cell culture systems, including 3D organoid models, with molecular and biochemical techniques such as gene editing (CRISPR-Cas9), gene expression analysis, and protein characterization. I am also actively engaged in the analysis of high-throughput sequencing data, including scRNA-seq and ChIP-seq, to uncover novel biomarkers and therapeutic targets. In the future, I aim to develop interdisciplinary research combining molecular biology, functional genomics, and bioinformatics to address key challenges in disease biology and translational research. I am particularly interested in mentoring students and establishing a research program that bridges basic science with clinical applications.
