About me
I have been awardedwith Ph.D Biotechnology in 2020. My Ph.D work was "Production, Purification, Characterization of Fungal Inulinase for the Preparation of High Fructose Syrup". After Ph.D, I joined CSIR-Institute of Biotechnology where I worked on project entitled " Development of Glycocins as Clean-Label Preservatives". I have research, review papers and book chapters published in peer reviewed International Journals. Currently I am working in Panacea Biotec Ltd, looking after Analytical QA
Interests: My research interests includes Enzyme Technology, Product Development, Molecular Biology and Scaling Up of Product.
