About me
I am a dedicated PhD scholar in bioinformatics with expertise in computational drug discovery, molecular docking, and data analysis. My research focuses on HIV drug repurposing using in silico methods. I possess strong skills in managing research workflows, analyzing complex datasets, and guiding academic tasks, making me well-suited for an E supervisor role.
Interests: My research interests lie in computational drug discovery and bioinformatics, with a primary focus on HIV drug repurposing and drug resistance mechanisms. I am particularly interested in applying in silico techniques such as molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, pharmacophore modeling, and virtual screening to identify potential therapeutic candidates. My interests also extend to machine learning applications in drug discovery, network biology, and structure-based drug design, aiming to develop efficient, data-driven solutions for complex biological problems.
