CSIR Senior Research Fellow and PhD researcher at L V Prasad Eye Institute, Bhubaneswar, working in cancer biology with a focus on retinoblastoma. My research investigates the epigenetic regulation in RB. Experienced in cell culture, shRNA-mediated gene silencing, immunoblotting, immunohistochemistry, apoptosis and cell-cycle assays, ChIP-qPCR, and molecular characterization of cancer pathways. Passionate about translating mechanistic insights into novel therapeutic strategies for cancers.
