About me

I have a background in mathematics and statistics, but my expertise lies within statistical genomics, transcriptomics, NGS data analysis for transcriptomics analysis and GWAS. I have also developed expertise in pathway/network analysis, post-GWAS analysis, differential gene expression, cell-type deconvolution and application of machine learning for disease prediction.

I am helping in performing NGS preprocessing for variant calling, followed by genome-wide association studies (GWAS), meta-analysis, and pathway/network analysis.I am also helping in performing NGS processing for transcriptomics data analysis for gene expression profiling between cases and controls, as well as pathway analysis, network analysis, and survival analysis.
