About me
I am an Assistant Professor at the University of Kalyani with 20 years of experience in environmental science. My research focuses on biogeochemistry, coastal geomicrobiology, and arsenic mitigation in crops. I specialize in phytoremediation, nanotechnology, and biochar for carbon sequestration. A former MHRD Indo-Belgium Fellow, I have published extensively on nutrient cycling in the Sundarbans and Chilka, dedicated to developing sustainable ecological solutions through biotechnology.
