About me

Clinician-scientist, Emergency Physician, and Bioinformatician and Systems Biologist with MSc in Molecular Medicine and Bioinformatics, a PhD, and extensive experience in emergency medicine, experimental medicine, and preclinical drug discovery–oriented studies. Strong expertise in data analysis, data management, and computational biology, with hands-on use of R, Python, and Unix/Linux for genomics, HLA imputation, microbiome research, and network analysis.

Interests: My research interests lie at the intersection of clinical medicine, immunogenetics, and systems biology, with a strong focus on understanding how molecular and microbial networks drive complex human diseases. As a clinician-scientist and emergency physician, I am particularly interested in translating high-dimensional biological data into clinically actionable insights, especially in immune-mediated and inflammatory conditions.
