About me

With my vast experience working in research, I can offer my experitise in molecular biology, experimental planning as well as data analysis. Furthermore, I can assisst with developing experimental protocols, amplicon data analysis, environmental DNA collection, etc. Moreover, I can help with my skills in microscopy including confocal microscopy, SEM and TEM. Additionally, I can also be resourceful in studying the developmental biology and developmental pathways of animals.

Interests: My research interests lie primarily in studying the inter-kingdom communication and conserved developmental pathways involving matazoan host and associated microbial partners. I also study the effect of environmental factors on the dynamic changes in host associated microbes using environmental sampling from natural reserves. Furthermore, I study the conserved roles of cancer and disease associated genes in basal metazoan to gain insights in to conserved functioning in the higher organisms and improving the treatment efficacy.
