About me

I am a bioinformatics graduate student with experience analyzing high-throughput biological data using R and Python. My work includes transcriptomic and DNA methylation data analysis, biomarker discovery, and applying machine learning to understand disease biology. As a mentor, I aim to help students build strong foundations in bioinformatics, programming, and data analysis while encouraging critical thinking and confidence in working with biological data.
