About me
I am a Bioinformatics researcher with a background in microbiology. I have hands-on experience in rna-seq, mirna-seq, microbiome analysis, ML basics and biomarker discovery. I have published several research articles from an early stage of my career and presented my work in various international and national conferences. I enjoy helping students with literature review, research design, scientific writing, and bioinformatics tools, DEGS, and thesis writing, poster presentation and interpretation.
Interests: Bioinformatics, Metagenomics, Neurobiology, Gut-brain axis, Biomarker discovery, AI in healthcare for disgnostics, Translational bioinformatics.
