About me
I'm a 5th-year PhD student with experience in protein expression and purification using ion exchange chromatography followed by SDS-PAGE analysis followed by mutant generation using site-directed mutagenesis. I have experience with protein aggregation and their modulation using biophysical analyses, their secondary structural analyses using CD and FTIR, followed by TEM analyses. Also, I have experience in mentoring the project trainees, manuscript writing, etc.
Interests: Aggregation of proteins usually involved in the neurodegenerative disorders (intrinsically disordered proteins), their modulation, and characterization of different aggregates.
