About me

With background on biology,I am equipped with a versatile skillset that bridges molecular biology and data science,including hands-on experience with biological lab techniques,and data analysis by programming or machine learning modeling. I will provide individual students with varied emphasis according to educational purposes,encouraging undergraduates to apply theory flexibly in practice,while supporting postgraduates in extending their knowledge and engaging with focused research problems..

Interests: As my early stage of research stemmed from wet-lab technique in biochemistry and molecular biology, I have gained data analysis skills as I propel along the research journey. Based on hands-on experience and cognition on life science theory and labwork, and my continously expanded skills in programming and machine learning, I have strong interests in implementing programming to leverage machine learning models for analysis on multi-omics data, with the goal of advancing scientific discoveries and industrial application.
