About me
Biomedical research scholar with expertise in medicinal chemistry and cancer therapeutics, currently working on HDAC3-selective inhibitors. Experienced in guiding students in literature review, experimental design, and data interpretation, with a strong commitment to developing analytical and research skills in life sciences. Combines laboratory research experience with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into effective learning.
Interests: My research interests lie in medicinal chemistry and translational oncology, with a focus on the design and development of epigenetic modulators as anticancer agents. I am particularly interested in HDAC3-selective inhibitors, aiming to improve selectivity, tumor penetration, and metabolic stability. My work also explores hybrid and multi-target drug design strategies to overcome resistance mechanisms and enhance therapeutic efficacy in breast cancer and hematological malignancies. Additionally, I am interested in structure–activity relationship (SAR) studies, mechanism-based anticancer evaluation, and selective targeting of cancer cells over normal cells
