About me
I hold a Ph.D. in Physics from NIT Srinagar (CSIR-NET AIR-12) and teach at the Cluster University. Specialising in solid-state materials, I possess deep expertise in synthesis, PLD, and data characterisation, resulting in 8 publications. As a mentor, I guide students through the full research lifecycle, from experimental design and data interpretation to scientific writing and publishing.
Interests: My research focuses on synthesising and characterising functional materials like spinel ferrites, hexaferrites, and perovskites. I specialise in bulk synthesis and thin film deposition via PLD. By employing Rietveld refinement alongside advanced techniques like XRD, XPS, and SQUID-VSM , I analyse structure-property relationships to optimise materials for data storage, solar cells, and water purification.
