Interests: Molecular diagnostics for infectious diseases, tuberculosis drug-resistance detection, syndromic testing, assay design and development, clinical validation of diagnostic kits, antimicrobial resistance, translational microbiology, and emerging molecular technologies for global health applications. Interests also include biomarker discovery, implementation research, and improving access to rapid diagnostics in resource-limited settings.
