Currently, I am working in the field of multi-omics data analysis and visualization. My passion is to extract biologically meaningful information backed up by statistically sound techniques. I have experience in metagenomics and R based shiny tool development for metagenomic data analysis. I am also experienced in machine learning and deep learning using caret and sklearn. I can help in code debugging, developing pipelines and workflows, interpretating the results.
