About me
In my PhD work I used crystallographic packages like CCP4i, phenix, HKL 2000 and Mosflm. My thesis involved cloning, expression, purification, and crystallisation of protein MurD ligase from A. baumannii and enzyme kinetics and biophysical techniques. I have gained expertise in computational drug discovery i.e. molecular modeling, docking and simulation. Iam well adept in working under environments such as Windows, and Linux. I had mentored several MSc. dissertation thesis independently.
