About me
PhD in Psychology with 14+ years of experience in education, training, and student mentoring. My research focuses on geriatric well-being and the psychological impact of social support systems. I guide students in research methodology, literature review, academic writing, and critical analysis of psychological concepts. My goal is to help learners develop strong research skills, analytical thinking, and confidence in conducting meaningful psychological studies.
Interests: My research interests focus on geriatric psychology, emotional well-being, and the role of social support systems in mental health. My doctoral research examined how social support influences the emotional well-being of retired individuals, highlighting the importance of community and interpersonal relationships in healthy aging. I am also interested in behavioral psychology, mental health awareness, counseling approaches, and the social and psychological factors affecting vulnerable populations, including issues related to gender, emotional resilience, and well-being.
