About me
I am a Biotechnology and Clinical Research professional with a PhD in Biotechnology, an M.Tech, and a PG Diploma in Clinical Research. I have experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator and research scientist. My expertise includes clinical trials, GCP, molecular biology, and lab techniques. I guide students with clear concepts, practical knowledge, research skills, scientific writing, and career mentoring to help them succeed in life sciences and healthcare.
Interests: My research interest lies in biotechnology and nutritional science, with a focus on improving the bioavailability of essential micronutrients through biotechnological approaches. My PhD research focused on biofortified wheat and the use of phytase enzymes to reduce antinutritional factors and enhance mineral absorption. I am interested in functional foods, enzyme technology, nutrient bioavailability, and translational research that connects laboratory findings with public health and clinical applications.
