About me
As Incharge of Molecular Pathology at KCHRC, I lead R&D in RT-PCR, ddPCR, and cytogenetics. With a Ph.D. in antimicrobial peptides, I bridge clinical diagnostics with advanced microbiology, specializing in biofilm eradication, probiotics, and nanoparticle synthesis. Expert in cDNA libraries, HPLC, and bioinformatics (docking/modeling), I integrate multi-omic workflows with microbial biotechnology to drive innovative drug discovery and diagnostic R&D.
Interests: My research interests focus on integrating molecular biology and microbiology to advance oncology diagnostics and therapeutic strategies. I specialize in protein purification using HPLC and gel chromatography to characterize bioactive compounds. My work in food microbiology emphasizes food preservation through the application of probiotics and postbiotics. In diagnosis, I utilize RT-PCR, ddPCR, and cytogenetics for high-precision cancer identification and pathogen detection. My expertise in nanotechnology involves the synthesis of nanoparticles to enhance antimicrobial peptide delivery and biofilm eradication.
