About me
As a Biotechnology professional having ‘10’ years of experience in R&D, Bioprocess engineering technology, GFP extraction form E. Coli, DNA Finger printing, marker assisted back cross and hybrid selection. Research experience on bio-fortification of different millets through AAS and well-handled different scientific equipment as part of fermentation and molecular biology works along with technical work related to research such as data compilation, data analysis with different softwares.
Interests: Fermentation technology, sample preparation, sample analysis, DNA, RNA and Protein extractions, gel electrophoresis, GFP protein extraction from E.Coli, Fe and Zn estimation through Atomic absorption spectroscopy, etc., along with Documentation, Article writing, preparation of SOPs, knowledge on MSDS (Material safety data sheets), clinical SAS Programming (certified)
