I am passionate about mental health and counseling, and I have strong interest in helping individuals improve their emotional well-being. I am looking forward to contributing my skills in a professional organization. Thank you.

Interests: My research interests are in Clinical Psychology and Mental Health, especially focusing on stress, anxiety, and depression. I am particularly interested in gender differences and urban mental health issues, as explored in my Ph.D. research. I also focus on psychological assessment and evidence-based counseling approaches to improve well-being.
