Microbiology often deals with a major problem: sterilization. It’s very important to avoid unnecessary microbial growth to save single colonies. I can help u to sterilize in all aspects. Contamination due to washing is also common, which usually doesn’t go by autoclave or a hot air oven either. With this, I can help with media preparation, optimization, antibiotic resistance, and all other areas of microbiology. I have done work with extremophiles. can help in biochemical and molecular characterization too.
