About me

Ph.D. bioinformatician and Postdoctoral Fellow at Humanitas Research Hospital, Milan; 22+ publications including Nature Immunology (IF ~30). Expertise: multi-omics (RNA-Seq, WGS/WES, single-cell), NGS pipelines, biomarker discovery, AI/ML for life sciences. Co-developer of PANOMIQ and Screen-VarCal. I help students with bioinformatics analyses, scientific writing, research proposals, and reproducible workflows — turning complex genomics into clear, doable projects.
