Early career Immunologist specialising in tuberculosis research with expertise in host–pathogen interactions, cell culture, immune cell phenotyping and cytokine signalling. Experienced in multiparametric flow cytometry, immunoassays, qPCR and bioinformatics-based network and pathway analysis. Interests: RESEARCH EXPERIENCE  Investigated immune correlates of resistance to Mycobacterium tuberculosis using clinical household cohort samples.  Conducted multiparametric flow cytometry to characterise CD4⁺ T-cell functional subsets and monocyte phenotypes.  Performed qPCR, ELISA, multiplex ELISA, cytokine profiling and related immunological assays.  Performed protein–protein interaction and pathway analysis using STRING and Cytoscape.  Collaborated on interdisciplinary clinical immunology projects across multiple laboratories.
