I am a food technologist and researcher with 10+ years of experience across wet lab research, academia, industry, and policy. Skilled in HPLC, GC, FTIR, spray/drum drying, and spectrophotometry, I have developed millet-based low GI foods and Ayurvedic nutraceuticals. I’ve worked in production, quality control, and GMP. Currently, I manage Uttarakhand’s Millet Policy, focusing on productivity, value chains, capacity building, and processing infrastructure development.
