About me
I am a Postdoctoral researcher with wet lab experience of five years in the field of Cancer Signaling mechanisms and Epigenetic regulation. I am well-versed in wet lab techniques namely Cell culture, Cell based assays, PCR, Real time PCR, Gel electrophoresis, Western blot, Microscopy, Flow Cytometry and Protein purification. I can teach the students basics of techniques in Molecular Biology, Cell Biology and Biochemistry, experiment designing, results analysis, manuscript writing and editing.
Interests: My research interests include Molecular signaling pathways leading to cancer progression and therapeutic targeting; Anoikis resistance; Cancer stem cells and drug resistance; Neuronal differentiation; Chromatin dynamics and Epigenetic regulation in cancer.
