About me
My research focuses on infectious diseases and immune response, with current PhD work on a hamster model of visceral leishmaniasis. I have experience in animal handling, disease model development, protein analysis, and molecular and biochemical techniques. My research background is strengthened by JRF experience in ICMR and DST projects. I have qualified CSIR-UGC NET (LS) and GATE, reflecting strong academic and research competence.
Interests: My research interest lies in infectious diseases, host–pathogen interactions, and immune response modulation. I am particularly interested in understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases and exploring therapeutic strategies. My focus also includes gene expression analysis, biomarker discovery, and the application of molecular, biochemical, and bioinformatics tools to study disease progression and host immunity.
