About me

Computational biologist and university educator with a PhD in Computational Biology and over 10 years of experience in teaching, research and supervision. Expertise includes bioinformatics, single-cell and multi-omics analysis, machine learning, statistics and biomarker discovery. Experienced in supervising PhD, MPhil and undergraduate research. Recently completed postdoctoral research at CIC bioGUNE, with work accepted in Genome Biology.
